Job Description
We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Product Trainer to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify internal and external training needs develop training programs assess understanding and conduct refresher sessions as needed
- Designing and executing quality training to internal and external clients across different markets as needed
- Conducting onboarding/induction training sessions for new hires
- Provide weekly classroom training and onsite/online training to internal and external clients
- Maintain effective communication with customers to establish further training needs
- Gather feedback on customers and propose solutions to gaps
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials and processes as appropriate

- Induction: Company and Product Introduction
- New Product Launch
- Indepth Cartrack Solutions training
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma/bachelors degree in any business related courses with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
- At least 3 years in a learning and development and/or training related experience
- Passionate and engaging communication skills
- Confident to conduct standup presentations
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City and cando field work occasionally
