Job Description
As a Product Owner you will oversee the entire lifecycle of IKEAs secondhand platform focusing on design development launch optimization and scaling to meet customer and business objectives.
- Lead the design development and scaling of the marketplace.
- Align strategic priorities with customer and business needs.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across functions.
- Leverage customer research and analytics to inform decisions.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure success.
- Inspire and lead crossfunctional teams.
- Experience: 7 years in product management particularly with marketplaces/platforms.
- Expertise: Marketplace operations product discovery techniques and platform business models.
- Skills: Strategic prioritization stakeholder management team leadership and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Track Record: Proven success in optimizing and scaling digital products.
- Strong leadership and ability to inspire teams.
- Deep marketplace expertise.
- Proficient in using customer insights and analytics for continuous improvement.
