Technoidentity Product Manager
Compliance and Applications: Our team charter is on enabling to comply with Tax Payments and Legal regulations so that our Hosts can continue to operate in regulated geos. In addition we also build rich and insightful data assets/ data ecosystems that help our internal community leverage data to/ from dierent cloud applications (like Salesforce/ Confluence/ Jira/ etc). Our products ingest process validate and deliver large datasets to government authorities (often partnered with tax remittance) and agents/ ambassadors and biz ops so our data must be of the highest accuracy and quality. At the same time your work on complex business problems at scale is meant to meaningfully shape engineering Paved path and tooling for the rest of the data community. We rmly believe in solving problems and contributing back to the data community.
A Typical Day:
Given a roadmap write product requirements docs for upcoming initiatives and iterate based on team leads feedback.
In partnership with DE Tech leads and data engineers run eective engineering standup meetings and provide guidance on priority of tickets in the backlog.
Unblock data engineers and ensure business requirements are well understood by DE at all times.
Work collaboratively with DE to create reusable thorough and detailed testing and validation plans.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and business
partners to align on data requirements and develop scalable systems.
Contribute to the development of longterm data strategies and roadmaps and influence the
technical direction of data engineering practices within the organization.
Communicate team and project progress to team leads and/ or business stakeholders on a
continuous basis.
Work in a fast paced ever changing agile environment where priorities keep getting shuled
Responsibilities:
Selfmotivated executes on projects and other welldened tasks on time.
Well organized and has the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Strong written communication and writing skills. Given templates and best practices creates
Product Requirements Docs for the engineering team.
Communicates proactively with established partners and domain stakeholders in other parts of the
company engineers product managers operations legal from ntech and other cross teams. Tone
and diction are clear unambiguous and collaborative.
Collaborates well with peers and gains insight from teams. Comes to work each day with a positive
mindset and desire to make an impact. Ensures their immediate team is heard and feels collective ownership of the outcome.
Produces high quality work in a relatively small domain area. Ships features and enhancements that improve products and experiences. Acts as an enabler for teams to be successful toward their goals.
Works independently and has the ability to selfserve for data or information across the company. Has technical skills for basic SQL and conducts data analysis as needed.
Tools/ Technologies
Adequate SQL skills and hands on experience to help perform adhoc data analysis
Procient with Windows/ Mac OS
Understanding of database principles
Prior hands on experience with JIRA preferred
Comfortable with using Google workspace (Google doc GSheets Google mail)
Highly procient in written and verbal communication
Hands on experience with data visualization and process flow visualization tools like Lucidchart is a
plus
Domain knowledge in area of Direct/ Indirect US taxation is a plus
Prior experience with cloud applications like Salesforce is a plus
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong focus on technical training. Proficiency in developing technical training content and materials. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
