Job Description
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on Fitline business to small groups of people to crowds of thousands highlighting the technological innovations that set them apart.
- Provide comprehensive training on the companys USP and the benefits of building a business with us.
- Educate new distributors on the compensation plan including strategies for maximizing their success.
- Develop and maintain training materials and presentations that are uptodate with the latest product information and business strategies.
- Be willing to travel within Malaysia to conduct training sessions for diverse groups of distributors.
- Adapt training methods and materials to cater to both Mandarin and Englishspeaking audiences.
- Engage with distributors to answer questions and provide ongoing support for their development and success.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
- A background in nutrition dietetics or food science is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with a passion for training and educating large groups.
- Ability to travel within Malaysia for training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
