Job Description:
We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team in Chennai. This role involves proactive outreach to prospective customers and playing a key role in lead generation sales target achievement and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is a selfmotivated and resilient professional capable of thriving in a dynamic targetdriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to introduce potential customers to our products and services. Generate and qualify leads through calls email campaigns and social media followups.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets by actively engaging with prospective clients.
- Customer Interaction: Share product knowledge demonstrate technical features and respond to customer queries to build interest and trust.
- Customer Visits: Organize and participate in customer meetings to present products and close sales deals.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to the manager on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
- Exhibition Participation: Support the team in organizing and attending industry exhibitions to network and generate leads.
- Product Knowledge & Sales Meetings: Stay updated on industry trends product developments and participate in regular sales meetings to review strategies and performance.
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain product features and close deals effectively.
- Multilingual: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory to cater to a diverse client base.
- CustomerCentric: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and building positive relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new products and adjust to changing customer needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry is preferred along with expertise in cold calling and lead generation.
