Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a French speakingInside Sales Executive to join our clients team in Dublin. Our client is aleader in outsourced inside sales outsourced partner enablement and outsourced customer success team.
Position:Inside SalesExecutive
Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and identify potential hosts for our clients properties.
- Reach out to potential hosts through email phone or social media.
- Initiate conversations to assess interest and suitability.
- Manage ongoing communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to support training and integration.
- Maintain an uptodate database of potential and current cohosts.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential cohosts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level) and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Proven experience in sales recruitment or partnership development.
- Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features.
- Exceptional networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Skilled in researching and identifying potential cohosts effectively.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple communications and followups with ease.
- Proactive selfdriven and resultsfocused approach.
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and business needs.
