Job Description: Customer Support (Dutch English)
Location: Katowice Poland
Work Model: OnSite
Start Date: 25 November 2024
Official Contract Start Date: 13 January 2025
Base Salary: 9000 PLN per month

Project: Travel Sector Customer Support

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join our team in Katowice. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to clients in the travel sector. Your primary tasks will include responding to inquiries handling reservations assisting with cancellations and addressing customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English through phone email and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with booking changes cancellations and travel arrangements.
  • Provide solutions for customer issues ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures related to the travel industry.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 18:00 (working twice a month on weekends)

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native/nearnative fluency in Dutch and good proficiency in English.
  • EU Citizens: Open to applicants with EU citizenship.
  • NonEU Citizens: Candidates with valid documentation (e.g. passport student visa or Temporary Residence Card) and active student or recent graduate status in Poland are welcome to apply. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Additional Information:

  • No relocation support is provided for this role.
  • Candidates should confirm their eligibility and documentation during prescreening.
