The Enabling & Support Specialist plays a critical role in the training enabling and supporting PSMs (product service and solution manager). This position is key in ensuring that the application is used effectively across the organization providing a vital link between PSMs development team and the tools functionality.
Qualifications :
- Good understanding of product and requirement management principles
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its features to organize requirements in an agile team setup
- Skilled in distilling higherlevel requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Strong communication skills capable of conveying complex information in an accessible manner
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently with a high degree of selfmotivation and selfdirection
- Fluent English
