Job Description
A dynamic professional who brings passion curiosity and can go the extra mile. When you join the Employee Experience Team in NielsenIQ youre signing up for an experience that requires flexibility and readiness for change.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and implementation of activities related to the employment life cycle of employees;
- Preparation of Employment Contracts Annexes Employment Certificates;
- Organization of onboarding;
- Coordination of the process of obtaining documents necessary for foreigners employment;
- Daily employee support via dedicated MEET&GREET platform;
- Management of additional employees benefits (medical care life insurance sport card etc.);
- Close collaboration with external payroll&admin provider including daily communication;
- Supporting selected activities during the implementation of new HR initiatives programs policies and services;
Qualifications :
Our requirements
- Min 2 years of experience as HR specialist area;
- Knowledge of labor law social security personal income tax;
- Proficiency in English and fluent level of Polish both verbal and written;
- Cando proactive and problemsolving attitude customer centric mindset and teamwork approach;
- Knowledge of foreigners employment law & rules will be an asset;
