- you will handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding support to banks and cardholders. Youll bring your expertise to every interaction ensuring quality in the customer journey.
Tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Provide professional support to customers via phone in German and English.
- Manage and resolve inquiries in a timesensitive environment.
- Adhere to highquality standards while handling versatile inbound cases.
- Work effectively across different shifts including evenings and weekends in a 24/7 environment.
- Adapt to changes positively and seek continuous improvement in work processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (verbal and written) at a professional level (C1 or above).
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) at B1 level.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working via phone.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in timesensitive situations.
- Positive cooperative and teamoriented attitude.
