Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Opportunity Identification
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends competitive analysis and new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
- Identify potential clients through various channels including networking referrals digital marketing and cold outreach.
- Research and gather intelligence on target industries to develop tailored business development strategies.
Lead Generation and Sales Prospecting
- Generate leads and prospects through direct outreach networking events and online channels.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs pain points and potential fit for the company s IT services.
- Follow up with potential clients schedule meetings and provide relevant information about the company s offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and presentations alongside the Sales and Business Development Manager to promote the companys IT solutions.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Proposal Writing and Presentations
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals presentations and other documentation needed for client meetings.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals are tailored to meet client requirements.
- Present solutions to potential clients clearly outlining the company s value proposition pricing and service offerings.
Sales Strategy Support
- Support the Sales and Business Development Manager in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and planning activities ensuring that the company s growth objectives are met.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on sales metrics client acquisition and revenue growth.
Networking and Market Presence
- Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to promote the company and develop new business contacts.
- Represent the company at client meetings business forums and public events as directed by the Sales and Business Development Manager
- Identify and participate in relevant local and international trade shows or exhibitions to raise brand awareness.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in business development sales or account management preferably within an IT services environment.
- Knowledge of the IT services industry including software cloud solutions networking or cybersecurity is highly advantageous.
Technical Competencies:
- Ability to analyze market trends industry data and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical clients.
- Proven experience in lead generation sales prospecting and closing deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and other sales tools

- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build longterm client relationships.
