Job Summary:
Were seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Assistant to drive outreach and partnership growth through targeted research pipeline management and strategic communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate/influencer marketing excellent communication skills and proficiency in industryleading tools.
Core Tasks:
- Research and build lists of relevant creators influencers or brands for outreach targeting.
- Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through various outreach channels.
- Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership.
- Filter un or underqualified leads as needed.
- Track and report on key outreach and close metrics.
- Create rolerelated SOPs and edit/update them on an ongoing basis.
- Perform other tactical sales and salesmarketing related tasks as needed.
Requirements
MustHaves:
- 3 years experience in affiliate/influencer outreach and marketing.
- Experience using affiliate marketing platforms like Levanta (or similar tools).
- Background working with D2C ecommerce brands.
- Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales/outreach role.
- 1 years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact/pipeline management.
- Basicintermediate Excel/Google Sheets for pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work EST.
NicetoHaves:
Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communications.
