Manage and maintain the schedules of senior management including arranging appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
Prepare and organize documents presentations and reports for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate and plan company events including meetings conferences and teambuilding activities.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters and phone calls.
Monitor and track expenses prepare expense reports and maintain records for budgeting purposes.
Conduct research and gather information for various projects as assigned.
Assist with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Fluent in English and Arabic preferably
