Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the companys products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage the companys social media presence and create engaging content for various platforms.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure cost effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and techniques to enhance the companys marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English both written and spoken. Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
