Job Description
As an Executive Assistant you ll be the backbone of our cuttingedge health assessment service. Working remotely you ll manage patient communications coordinate appointments and assist with creating detailed health reports. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend administrative expertise with healthcare supporting a service that s transforming how people understand and manage their vascular and metabolic health. You ll be integral to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care in this growing innovative practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Facilitate clear communication between patients and medical staff
- Assist in preparing comprehensive health assessment reports
- Coordinate medical tests and followups for patients
- Handle sensitive patient information with utmost confidentiality
- Support the lead doctor with various administrative tasks
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of the practice
- Format and execute sending promotional flyers and cards out (Canva)
- General admin ad hoc duties as required by the client
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical administration or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools like Skype
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology (preferred)
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and data protection
- Entry level experience with Canva
