Job Description: Technical Recruiter HR Ops
Company : Timely.AI
Location: Bengaluru
Work Days & Timings: 6 days per week (11 AM to 7 pm)
(Saturdays : 1 in Office 1 Off and 2 WFH)
We seek an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale our team by attracting toptier tech talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to shape recruitment strategies drive sourcing and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
FullCycle Recruitment: Handle sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top technical talent through various channels.
Strategic Sourcing: Use datadriven techniques for effective talent acquisition.
Collaboration: Work with leadership to align recruitment with business needs.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Employer Branding: Enhance the companys brand within the tech community.
Qualifications:
4 7 years of HR / technical recruiting experience preferably in SaaS startups.
Strong knowledge of tech roles like software development ML DevOps.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fields.
