Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detailfocused Technical Administrator to support our team in managing administrative project and communication tasks. This role is essential for coordinating projects maintaining clear documentation and ensuring smooth communication within the technical department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules update reports and presentations. Update CRM based on daily report tracking.
- Project Coordination: Track project milestones support team members with task followups and manage project files.
- Communication: Act as a communication point between departments draft internal messages and distribute meeting agendas and notes.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data reports and documentation performing audits or quality checks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in an administrative or project support role ideally in a technical environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office excellent organisational and communication skills and attention to detail.
