Stay informed about HR best practices and trends staying up to date on industry changes.
Collaborate with HR and crossfunctional teams on various HR projects and tasks.
Support the development and updates of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in audits and compliance checks ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically 1 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
Proficiencies in HR metrics data interpretation and reporting tools.
A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
