HR Manager (Cosmetics Factory) Chinese Speaking
Report Line: Direct report the GM in Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the HR system covering recruitment and staffing talent training and development performance management compensation and benefits and employee management. Optimize relevant policies and processes.
- Implement the companys annual HR plan by establishing a standardized recruitment system. Organize recruitment efforts based on talent standards and competency models build a talent pipeline and ensure talent development to meet the companys longterm growth.
- Manage and monitor employee training programs assess the performance and utilization of talent and maintain and update the talent pool.
- Develop and improve compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitive packages are implemented effectively.
- Formulate and enhance company regulations to foster a positive corporate culture and improve employee engagement.
- Establish a career development system to provide employees with growth opportunities and career advancement.
Qualifications:
- Educational background: Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Work experience: At least 4 years of HR experience with 2 years in recruitment management. Candidates with FMCG or manufacturing industry experience are preferred.
- Professional skills: Systematic training in HR practices familiarity with various interview methods and experience with assessment tools.
- Personal attributes: Strong sense of responsibility high professional ethics and ability to work under pressure.
- Cultural fit: Able to adapt to an entrepreneurial environment handle work stress and pursue personal growth and breakthroughs.
- Thai Nationality speaks fluent Chinese
Working time: Monday to Friday 9am6pm
