VineForecast is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our missiondriven team. We empower specialty crop farmersstarting with winemakersto reduce pesticide use and manage fungal disease and weather risks through our advanced AIdriven decision support system. Tasks
As a Sales Representative at VineForecast you will:
- Reach out to prequalified leads to present and demonstrate software products addressing questions and concerns independently.
- Advice and sale agricultural software to farms cooperatives and consultancies.
- Generate new leads proactively through inbound activities and outbound outreach via Phone or EMail.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with specialty crop farmers particularly winemakers as well as enterprise partners.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer success.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales preferably within the software and/or agriculture sectors.
- You have experience in a call center environment and are familiar with the special challenges and opportunities of these structures.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a talent for conveying complex concepts in a persuasive manner.
- Selfmotivated and goaldriven capable of excelling in a dynamic startup environment.
- Willingness to travel and collaborate closely with specialty crop farmers winemakers and dealers.
- You speak and write German at a C2 level and are fluent in English (additional proficiency in French Spanish or Italian is a strong advantage.)
- High level of ambition and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Indepth understanding of plant protection in agriculture is a BIG plus.
