Job Description


We are working with a highgrowth tech company that specializes in the SMB space and has thousands of customers. Their business management software is helping their customers maximize profits. They are profitable and growing with over 3000 business owners on their platform.

  • Reporting to the CMO
  • Responsible for prospecting new business and building successful relationships with ideal customer profiles
  • 100% B2B sales in a highvolume SMB environment
  • Successfully qualifying leads for the Account Executive team
  • Managing 50% inbound 50% outbound efforts
  • Working closely with leadership to align on strategies guidance and support
  • Responsible for attending trade shows across Canada US approximately once a quarter
  • Playing a crucial role in expanding market reach and achieving company revenue goals
  • Being a strong ambassador and face of the brand
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs and performance


Requirements


  • Previous outbound sales experience is a plus: Ex: cold calling doortodoor sales or B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling SaaS a plus
  • You are ambitious personable and love to meet new people
  • You are a natural conversationalist and are not afraid to get outside of your comfort zone
  • You are goalsoriented and motivated by success
  • You work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Excited about joining a high growth company
  • You are looking to build your career in sales
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to travel across Canada/US once a quarter
  • Must be located in Toronto/GTA area
  • Ability to commute to Markham office 2X a week
