Job Description
Embark on an exciting career as an Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter in the fastpaced automotive finance sector. You ll be the driving force behind our client s expansion connecting with automotive dealers to uncover opportunities and set the stage for success. This role combines the thrill of sales prospecting with the satisfaction of helping businesses enhance their financial products and training services. You ll use your communication skills to navigate through dealerships identify decisionmakers and create valuable connections that lead to appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct highvolume cold calls to automotive dealer prospects mastering the art of first impressions
- Identify and engage key decisionmakers within dealerships showcasing your ability to navigate complex organizations
- Perform initial qualifying conversations to uncover prospect needs and pain points
- Address basic inquiries and overcome objections related to finance products and training services
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for sales agents directly contributing to company growth
- Maintain detailed call records and outcomes in the CRM system ensuring seamless information flow
- Execute strategic followups with leads based on established cadences
- Adapt conversation strategies based on identified dealership challenges (e.g. theft prevention lot management product needs dealership culture)
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished professional phone manner
- Prior experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation preferred
- Basic understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations a plus
- Resilience and positivity to handle high call volumes and maintain enthusiasm
- Proficiency with CRM systems and phone dialers or willingness to learn quickly
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Adaptability to learn about various aspects of dealership operations including finance products warranties and training services
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
