Position Overview
Were seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead complex systems integration on projects ranging from $500M to $1B. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing all MEP operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety quality and performance.
Key Performance Objectives
- Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead MEP coordination and construction activities on largescale missioncritical facilities
- Drive project milestones through effective contractor management and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications building codes and quality standards
- Lead MEP coordination and construction activities on largescale missioncritical facilities
- Contract & Budget Management
- Oversee MEP budget development and cost control measures
- Manage change orders and scope modifications
- Direct procurement strategies and subcontractor negotiations
- Oversee MEP budget development and cost control measures
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners architects and subcontractors
- Lead MEP trade partner coordination meetings
- Mentor and develop project team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners architects and subcontractors
- Quality & Safety Oversight
- Implement MEP quality control programs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain documentation for systems commissioning

Requirements
Required Experience
- Extensive MEP Project Management experience on projects exceeding $500M
- Demonstrated expertise in data center casino or secure government facility construction
- Proven track record of successful largescale project delivery
- Strong technical understanding of complex MEP systems

- Salary: $100000$150000 (commensurate with experience)
