Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business goals user needs and technical capabilities to ensure our offerings deliver maximum value to customers while achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate a clear product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to drive product development and launch activities.
Gather analyze and prioritize customer feedback market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
Develop detailed product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and development to release and optimization.
Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and other metrics driving improvements and ensuring alignment with objectives.
Act as the voice of the customer advocating for their needs throughout the product development process.
Conduct stakeholder presentations and ensure transparent communication regarding product plans and progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
Proven experience at least 4 years as a Product Manager or related positions.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Trello).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and draw actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
A track record of delivering successful products that meet business objectives and delight customers.
