Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities ensuring smooth execution and maintaining effective communication across stakeholders. This position is tailored for individuals with extensive experience in IT project management particularly in HR Payroll and Time systems like SuccessFactors.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project management support.
Handson experience with HR Payroll and Time systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and senior management.
Critical thinking and proactive problemsolving abilities.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of HRspecific systems and processes is a plus.
