Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
- Participate in the development and followup of team budgets ensuring that the progress of projects aligns with financial objectives;
- Track and report on the financial status of ongoing projects ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Manage transformation projects;
- Oversee the coordination of projects across nearshoring (Lisbon/Madrid) and offshoring (India) teams;
- Ensure successful implementation of transformation activities through weekly meetings action plans and project reporting;
- Assist in the management of the project portfolio providing support to project managers in consolidating reporting and controlling key project information;
- Develop and maintain PMO standards processes and best practices;
- Governance and Risk Management;
- Internal and External Communication;
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Information Technology or a related field;
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred;
- 45 years of experience in a PMO or Project Management role preferably in IT;
- Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage;
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting software;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- French proficiency is a plus.
