Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Manages the implementation of a procurement tool for different locations.
- Prepares project documentation (kickoff document weekly activity reports roadmaps workshops master data...).
- Handles project governance (steerco weekly meetings signoff).
- Prepares data documentation (all templates duly filledup and updated tested validated with a followup to monitor the completion until the end) and TOM documentation for different locations.
- Coordinates team organization onboarding and training.
Profile:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree.
- 3 years of experience/knowledge in Project Management.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools specially Excel & PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Driven to team work.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
