Ready to embark on a new journey ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport recently opened and is welcoming weary travellers for a great invigorating stay and were looking for outgoing dependable welcoming Hotel Receptionists to deliver great customer service during the night. Were building our team and need a parttime Hotel Receptionists (Nights) (officially known as Guest Service Assistants) working 16 hours a week in return for a salary of 12.45 per hour and great benefits including a day off for your birthday discounts at hotels and opportunities for career progression.
Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list but experience in a customerfacing hospitality job would be a big benefit. Experience working nights would also be a great advantage. We need people who are open welcoming and who know what great customer service looks like the kind of person youd want looking after you when youre up with the kids to catch a redeye flight! Youll be checking guests in and out answering questions and supporting them during your stay. A great telephone manner is essential and youll need to be confident using a computer as you might be running some reports. As were one big team you can also expect to be pulling the odd pint taking some food orders checking the security of the hotel and turning your hand to whatevers needed to ensure our guests have a great stay. Continental breakfast starts from 4am at our airport hotel so you can expect to be involved in setting that up too. Youll be working 16 hours a week which could including a mix of midweek and weekend shifts. As youll be serving alcohol we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
ibis Styles Gatwick Airport hotel has over 180 bedrooms and welcomes international guests business travellers airline crew families and people heading off on holiday so it is a bustling and vibrant hotel. As Nights Receptionist youll be key to ensuring that they enjoy a great guest experience during their visit and will want to come back again soon!
