What you will bring:
- Oversee Facility Management: Ensure all selfcatering apartments and communal areas are maintained in pristine condition enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Manage Operations: Supervise daily operations focusing on service delivery and compliance with company standards to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Enhance Living Environment: Create and maintain a positive living environment for residents while maximizing revenues within agreed budgetary limits.
- Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Work closely with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and ensure facilities meet operational standards.
- Implement Best Practices: Develop and enforce policies and procedures that align with industry best practices in property management.
Minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent; a qualification in Hospitality or Tourism is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in property management or a similar role preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiar with property management software.
- Language Proficiency: Must speak read write and understand English at a professional level.
