We are looking for an experienced Social Media Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid social campaigns with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok.

Role Overview

As our Social Media Performance Marketing Manager you will spearhead the development and execution of a resultsdriven paid social strategy focusing on Instagram and TikTok to build RAY AIs brand and recruit toptier virtual assistants. You will leverage your expertise to create innovative campaigns analyze data and optimize performance to maximize ROI and attract the best talent to our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns on Instagram and TikTok managing annual budgets exceeding $100k ensuring campaigns align with recruitment and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the management team to produce compelling ad creatives (video static and copy) tailored to platformspecific trends and audience behavior.
  • Create engaging highperforming content (text images and videos) tailored to the platform and target audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like TikTok Ads Manager Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for scaling or pivoting campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics making datadriven adjustments to maximize ROI and candidate acquisition.
  • Leverage research to build and refine custom audiences and lookalike segments for maximum relevance and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of trends on Instagram TikTok and other social media platforms identifying innovative opportunities for recruitment marketing.
  • Manage the ad spend budget efficiently to achieve the best results within the allocated resources.
  • Maintain a content calendar for paid campaigns ensuring timely and consistent delivery of recruitmentfocused ads.

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience managing highbudget ($100k) paid campaigns on Instagram and TikTok with a focus on ROI optimization.
    • Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager including algorithm behavior and best practices.
    • Proven track record in creating successful ads tailored to different social media platforms that connect well with various target groups.
    • Familiarity with tracking tools like Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager Google Analytics or similar platforms.
    • Ability to create compelling platformspecific content that resonates with diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Looker) and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
    • Expertise in audience research segmentation and building custom/lookalike audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to build campaigns from scratch and scale them effectively.
    • Enthusiasm for working in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment and contributing to a missiondriven team.
    • Experience in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition campaigns is a plus.
