Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to become part of our extraordinary team. If you are passionate about operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fastpaced environment we want to hear from you! This role is ideal for detailoriented individuals with strong administrative skills capable of managing tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting. Your exceptional problemsolving abilities and commitment to maintaining seamless processes will be key to our success.


What you will bring:

As our Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for several key areas including:

  • Project Management: Assist in the development and execution of various projects ensuring they align with operational standards and enhance guest experiences.
  • Aesthetic Oversight: Contribute to the overall aesthetics of the property from interior design elements to staff presentation ensuring a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events ensuring all details are managed effectively for a successful outcome.
  • Training Facilitation: Help coordinate training programs for staff ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.


Minimum requirements:

  • Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Must speak read write and understand English at a professional level.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate with a minimum level 2 experience in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook). Knowledge of Opera is essential; familiarity with ESP and Micros is beneficial.
  • Experience: A diploma or degree in hospitality management or project management is advantageous; a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry is required.
