Job Description
PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR SYSTEMS SOFTWARE AND BUSINESS PROCESSES
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee the project management department ensuring timely and budgetconscious project completion.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management with a strong understanding of planning organizing and executing projects. The department specializes in projects related to systems software and business processes.
The Lead Project Manager will develop strategies aligned with project goals and guide their team to deliver optimal performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Plan execute monitor control and close projects ensuring alignment with goals and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and define project objectives.
- Manage client relationships at all project phases addressing expectations inquiries and issues.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and update project schedules ensuring timely execution.
- Monitor budgets resources and timelines to achieve milestones.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and company guidelines.
- Manage scope changes and communicate impacts on timelines or budgets.
- Perform cost estimates prepare proposals and track actual costs against budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Management
- Delegate tasks and set clear performance expectations for team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct biannual performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Develop review and implement individual role profiles for team members.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in a related field;
- 58 years of experience in project management;
- Minimum of 3 years in systems software and business processes project management;
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading/overseeing a team of project managers;
- Passion for system development and implementation is critical;
- Technical system skills advantageous;
- Commercial property industry experience advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
