We have recently partnered with a CPA firm in Towson MD to provide them with a Tax Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Tax Manager:
#1. Must have CPA.
#2. Must have public accounting experience.
#3. Must have generalist experiences 1040.
#4. Must have experience training and supervising staff.
Requirements of the Tax Manager:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting; a Masters in Taxation is advantageous.
- CPA certification is required.
- At least 6 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax matters.
- Teamoriented with a handson approach when necessary.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical skills.
- Selfdriven with a track record of thorough followup on responsibilities.
- Effective communication skills.
