Senior Program Manager with EPMO experience Canberra
- Establish program governance structures across the institute grouping projects and programs logically for effective oversight.
- Define standard terminology for programs and projects distinguishing these from routine operational activities.
- Develop a lifecycle management approach tailored to the institutes program and project needs.
- Implement a standardized project management methodology complete with guidelines templates and processes for scoping planning monitoring and evaluating initiatives.
- Create processes for program and project governance including reporting requirements and both internal and external assurance checks.
- Identify priorities for building governance capabilities including staff training supportive technology and continuous quality improvement.
- Recommend additional support structures (e.g. community of practice EPMO) to ensure sustainable program and project governance.
- Australian Citizen
