About the role :
Medical Departures is seeking a driven and resultsoriented B2B Representative to join our dynamic team in Turkey. You will play a key role in expanding our network of partner clinics driving sales growth and achieving ambitious business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking relationship building and sales expertise within the medical tourism industry.ability to build longlasting relationships will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
1 Prospecting: The B2B Representative identifies prospect clinics who may be interested in the companys products or services. This can involve researching clinics online (google facebook instagram) attending trade shows and networking with people in the field)
2 Qualifying: Once prospects have been identified the B2B Representative needs to determine whether they offer quality service requirements.
3 Presenting: If the prospect appears to be a good fit the B2B Representative will typically schedule a meeting or presentation to showcase the companys products or services.4. 5. 6. This can involve creating customized presentations to address the clinics specific needs.
4 Addressing objections: During the presentation or followups the B2B Representative may encounter objections or concerns from the clinic) It is their job to address these objections and provide compelling reasons for the prospect to choose the companys
offerings.
5 Closing the sale: If the clinic is interested in moving forward the B2B Representative will typically ask for the sale at the end of the meeting or presentation.
6 Followup: After the sale has been made the B2B Representative will typically follow up with the clinic to address any questions or concerns that may arise and ensure they are satisfied.

Overall the sales process of a B2B Representative is focused on building relationships with potential clinics understanding their needs and providing them with compelling reasons to choose the companys products or services. It requires strong communication skills strategic thinking and the ability to handle objections and
negotiate effectively.


Requirements

Requirements:
24 years of experience in B2B sales or partnership development Account manager preferably within the medical tourism industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

Expectation to hit quotas starting in month #2 after hiring
Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Will require working nights/weekends to hit sales deliverables (quotas targets)..this is not a 95pm job

Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook Word Excel Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail Calendar Meet Docs Drive) CRM (Zoho Zendesk Salesforce SugarCRM Freshworks) Social media (Facebook Instagram Tiktok) Chat (Whasapp Telegram)
International travel experience ***nice to have***

Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical/dental procedures & terminology **nice to have**

LOCATION/BASE Work from home (Turkiye Istanbul)


Job Requirements: 3 - 5+ years of Sales experience in English. 3 - 5 years experience in a Medical environment (Hospital/Clinic or recognized healthcare establishment) Ability to handle a high volume of email, phone, chat, and social media traffic (leads & prospects) in English. Fluent in English (verbal and written). High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems. Excellent phone skills. Travel savvy; must have international travel experience. Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel & use of CRM/CMS systems. Impeccable written communication skills with a 40+ WPM typing ability. Ability to work responsibly, and productively from a remote home-office environment and good time management. Experience working with clientele of diverse ages backgrounds, experience with elderly clients is a plus. Weekend availability is a must, according to the shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off). +50 hours weekly charge Excellent overall communication skills and Powerful collaboration skills. A proven track record of successful sales experience is preferred. Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical procedures & terminology (must have).
