Sales Development Representative needed!
We seek a skilled and resultsdriven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Fractory.
As an SDR you will play a pivotal role in driving our companys growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. You will generate and qualify leads set up sales appointments and support the overall sales process.

It has automated the manufacturing procurement process so engineers upload design files to get instant quotes and delivery times. Day to Day Responsibilities
Prospecting
- Identify and focus your activity on accounts with strategic value to Fractory through the inhouse database.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling emailing and social selling to identify potential customers.
- Qualifying leads by gathering information assessing their needs and determining whether they fit Fractorys services well.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Nurture relationships with leads through followup communication and providing relevant information.
- Invite potential leads/prospects to attend events.
- Get paid on appointments booked but also a % of the biggest orders closed from your origination.
- Understand customers buying patterns
- Have a strong understanding of all the capabilities Fractory offers.
Housekeeping / Insights
- Salesforce is up to date with all the accurate information about the Contact Account and Opportunity.
- Excellent general Slack housekeeping: acknowledging messages responding to surveys and contributing to feedback requests.
- Report and analyze sales account trends and metrics.

- Participate in sales team meetings providing inputs and suggestions.
- Helping colleagues sharing knowledge stepping in when someone is ill guiding less experienced team members. Fractory only succeeds as a team.

- Working closely with marketing to ensure we best deploy their resources on the right accounts under an Account Based Marketing strategy.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and email to build strong relationships with key contacts
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- An international mindset a curiosity for the world.
- Forwardthinking lets do it attitude.
- 1 3 years experience in sales / relevant field a nice to have
- Desire to be in a fastpaced fastgrowing company with constant change

- Fluent in English is a must.
