Developing Our Own Product We provide a onestop service which connects cashless merchants with payment providers (such as card companies) by offering the necessary payment applications terminals and centers. Acting as a behindthescenes supporter we facilitate cashless payments used in everyday settings with around 160000 operating terminals and over 50 million transactions processed annually.

High Evaluation in the Enterprise Market with Unmatched Payment Expertise and Product Power The regulations and security surrounding cashless payments are quite complex. However since our establishment in 2011 prior to the widespread adoption of cashless systems we have developed significant expertise in payment operations which is a major strength. Large enterprises often have strong customization demands making the introduction of their own products challenging. Yet by leveraging our accumulated knowhow we have built a unique position in the industry that enables us to maintain high standards for implementation in the enterprise sector. As a result we have seen implementations ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands of units per company.

Targeting Blue Ocean Areas to Enhance Our Presence with Unique Features Our own product is expanding primarily in industries such as life insurance property insurance fitness various schools and mobility focusing on blue ocean sectors where cashless adoption is still evolving. We possess unique features that can only be realized with this product. For example when enrolling in a tutoring service or fitness club our compact terminals can read credit or cash cards for identity verification and automatically withdraw monthly fees a function uniquely provided by us in the industry. Additionally as a pioneering initiative in the small and unmanned market we are collaborating with the worlds thirdlargest payment terminal vendor to offer selforder payment solutions using palmsized terminals. Looking further ahead we anticipate that payment terminals will evolve into software solutions allowing for nonfacetoface systems beyond inperson payments.

Changing Japan With the mission of Making the impossible possible from payments as we are a part of a group company which integrates Fintech into various industries and services. Our proprietary product enables rapid construction of original payment solutions and has successfully been implemented with major clients and leading retail distributors. In April 2024 we achieved fundraising of 1.9 billion yen and are aiming for further growth toward an IPO.

    Our inhouse product is steadily expanding its market share and is widely adopted by enterprise companies. The demand for customization often leads to largescale projects requiring development and this role is intended to increase our capacity to respond swiftly to such requests. Additionally the role is expected to lead new product development projects within the company.

    About Product

    Our inhouse product is an inhouse service that provides a onestop solution for cashless services connecting affiliated merchants with payment processors (such as credit card companies) through a payment app payment terminals and a payment center. It can be introduced either as a noncustomized solution or with partial customization where management of development projects will be expected. In response to market needs we have begun developing new services including Japans first initiative aimed at the compact unmanned market. We are collaborating with the worlds thirdlargest payment terminal vendor to develop a selforder payment solution utilizing a palmsized payment terminal. Looking ahead we anticipate the softwareization of payment terminals enabling solutions not only for instore payments but also for nonfacetoface systems. This role will also lead future product development projects.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Quality personnel and budget management risk management and support for project managers
    • Negotiation and coordination with stakeholders including users external partners group companies and internal departments
    • Formulating project plans managing progress and changes
    • Requirements definition basic design and detailed design for system development
    • Document creation and review of specifications and design documents
    • Requirements definition through to detailed design for service development
    • Ensuring quality through code reviews
    • Proposing operational improvements for workflow efficiency

Conditions / Benefits

Based on experience ability and previous work experience

  • Wage Structure: Monthly salary
  • Salary Revisions: Twice a year
  • Overtime allowance for hours worked beyond the regular schedule will be provided (depending on the job position and grade)

Hours: 9:30 6:30 (with a 60minute break)
