Our company established on March 11 2022 by multiple publishing houses and trading companies focuses on two main businesses: AI publishing and distribution optimization solutions and RFID solutions. We aim to enhance and utilize data in the publishing industry through these endeavors.
We will leverage digital transformation (DX) to address structural challenges within the publishing industry from innovative perspectives.
The publishing industry faces several structural challenges that urgently need improvement. Through the application of DX we will tackle these challenges from fresh angles. Furthermore we aim to encourage the widespread adoption of our new technologies among publishers bookstores and distribution companies contributing to the transformation of the entire publishing distribution into a sustainable model. Our goal is to maintain a comfortable reading environment where people can discover a wide range of appealing publications at storefronts.

We are seeking an IT Solution Business Department Technology and Development Section Chief (System Development) for our IoT Solution Business Department. (There is a possibility that based on the selection process an offer at the deputy chief level may also be considered.)
Specifically
- Working under the department head in collaboration with the IT infrastructure team you will be responsible for the development implementation and operation of RFID solutionrelated systems. This includes creating business plans KPI management and vendor management.
- Leading the RFID tag encoding information standardization specifications and operations as well as overseeing the system development team.
About the Business Division IoT Solution Business Department We operate various services using RFID tags attached to publications. These services involve utilizing recorded data for inventory and sales condition management efficient inventory checks book recommendations in stores and even theft prevention. Our main focus is on improving bookstore operations and management which includes realizing diverse sales condition management and providing realtime sales and inventory information.

- Experience in system development and operation
- Proficiency in reading program code and design documents
- Experience in budgeting scheduling issue management and quality control
- Experience in developing and operating supply chain (traceability) related systems with a preference for cloudbased systems
- Experience or knowledge in developing and operating ERP (accounting and sales systems) inventory systems and POS systems that integrate with the aforementioned systems
- Strong management skills to collaborate with various development vendors and provide basic and individual maintenance/development support at a certain level
