Northwest Talent Solutions is a leading Technology Finance and Healthcare staffing/recruiting and HR/DEI consulting firm partnering with outstanding clients within the private industry and public sector. Currently we are partnered with a premier publiclytraded manufacturing corporation in search of a highly talented Finance Manager for their Human Nutrition & Health division.
Job Summary:
- POSITION: Finance Manager
- LOCATION: Montvale New Jersey
- WORK ARRANGEMENTS: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote including Fridays)
As Finance Manager youll serve as a strategic business partner to Business Unit Directors driving financial performance through both sales growth and profitability initiatives. This role bridges the gap between tactical financial operations and highlevel commercial strategy providing critical insights that shape business decisions at the executive level.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic financial planning and analysis for multiple business units
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes while measuring performance
- Partner with Business Unit Directors to develop and execute effective business strategies
- Provide critical financial insights to Csuite executives and Board of Directors
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within Finance & Accounting
- Develop comprehensive financial models and analytics to support business decisions
- Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
Your Qualifications:
- You bring 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Your background includes a Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting
- You excel at building relationships across functions and influencing decisions
- Youre skilled in Excel and ERP systems (Power BI and Microsoft D365 experience valued)
- Your communication style effectively reaches diverse audiences from analysts to executives
- You thrive in fastpaced environments while maintaining strong attention to detail
