Job Description
Base Pay: $3500/month plus bonuses
Summary:
Ken Grody Ford Redlands is seeking a dynamic and customerfocused Automotive Customer Relations Manager to join our team. In this role you will manage customer relationships resolve issues and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Onsite Position only NO REMOTE WORK
Responsibilities:
- Implement customer relations strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with sales and service teams to address customer needs
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure customer followups are done through all media types (mail/email/phone/text)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in customer relations or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
