IT Systems Administrator Karachi
Our client is looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage and enhance server network and security operations. This role involves ensuring server uptime user management and implementing security measures.
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Budget: Approx. 150K
Key Responsibilities:
Existing Tasks:
Server Maintenance: Ensure uptime and efficiency of servers in Bahrain and Karachi including attendance systems.
Network Maintenance: Manage and troubleshoot networks Unifi controllers and routers.
Database Backups: Conduct regular data backups for safety.
User Management: Manage user permissions for platforms like Jira and GitHub.
Virus Scans: Perform regular scans to safeguard against malware.
Hosting Management: Oversee website and Google Cloud hosting for the sanctions screening database.
Security Enhancements:
Active Directory: Implement and manage for improved security.
Firewall Management: Maintain firewalls for network protection.
VPN Management: Setup and manage VPNs for secure remote access.
Additional Security Tasks: Continuously enhance network and server security.
