Job Description
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certifications.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform including Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Experience working in Agile environments including Scrum and Kanban.
- Understanding of industry best practices and trends in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions including custom configurations integrations and workflows.
- Design and document the technical architecture including data models security models and integration patterns.
- Create and prioritize the product backlog ensuring efficient task allocation and delivery.
- Work closely with development teams to provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues.
- Manage user profiles roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels.
- Maintain data integrity and quality through data imports exports and cleansing processes.
- Configure Salesforce settings including custom objects fields page layouts and validation rules.
- Design and implement complex workflows and approval processes.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues including performance problems and error handling.
