Responsibilities:
Provide IT assistance to all users issues and requests within the required SLAs. Resolve logged errors in a timely manner. Update computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
Set up implement and maintain robust IT infrastructure including firewalls VPNs and networking.
Manage and monitor our IT systems ensuring they operate securely and efficiently. This includes servers workspaces software applications and cloud environments.
Manage the procurement and keep a record of all the Hardware Assets & Software licenses used within the organization. Needs to monitor the hardware software and system performance metrics as well as licenses usage count and renewal dates.
Respond to security breaches and incidents promptly investigate and document any breaches and take steps to prevent recurrence.
Enforce IT & Security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and protect sensitive information.
Educate staff on best practices and conduct regular training sessions to raise awareness of potential vulnerabilities.
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in IT evaluating and recommending new technologies.
