Job Description

Document Specialist Temporary Role

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Monday to Friday (Overtime possible).

First day start time: 8:00 AM.

No flexibility with shift times.

**Job Overview**

This role involves handling documents daily: separating and opening mail prepping documents for scanning and completing tasks like making glass copies. Physical work includes occasional lifting (1050 lbs.) standing bending and light twisting.

Responsibilities

Prepare scan inspect and assemble documents efficiently.

Meet production and quality standards maintaining customer satisfaction.

Operate and troubleshoot scanning equipment handle minor maintenance and monitor machine performance.

Maintain an organized workstation and complete documentation accurately.

Comply with dress code: business casual closedtoed shoes no activewear and no offensive designs on clothing.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills for training and equipment operation.

Ability to work independently in a highpaced production environment.

Must adapt to noise and moderate stress levels.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed and stand for up to 8 hours.

**Additional Notes**

Cell phones must remain on silent and stored in lockers; personal use on the floor is prohibited. A 30minute lunch is provided with vending machines and kitchen facilities on site.
