Job role:
The Head of Business Development will focus on acquiring new deals and projects in wastewater
management while collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure effective project delivery.
This role involves shaping the business development infrastructure by identifying market
opportunities conducting market studies and building relationships with potential partners and
clients. The candidate is expected to be a gogetter by ethical means and will play a key role in strategic
decisionmaking balancing highlevel strategy with handson sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the wastewater management sector on PAN India basis including market trends and competitive landscape.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and projects building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure project feasibility and successful delivery aligning client expectations with technical capabilities.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to highlevel strategic decisions by analyzing market data and identifying growth opportunities for the companys products and services.
- Networking: Engage in industry networking attending relevant conferences and events to establish and strengthen partnerships and collaborations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets including pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
