Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive you will support our team by identifying potential business opportunities establishing strong client relationships and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for freshers to develop skills in sales client management and strategic planning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target for business expansion.
Assist in developing business proposals pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and meet organizational objectives.
Follow up on leads respond to client inquiries and assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and emerging market needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and proactive with a desire to learn.
Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) is a plus.
