Job Description

  • Schedule tracking installations maintenance and repairs based on client requests and service requirements.
  • Coordinate with technicians and fleet teams to ensure timely job completion and adherence to schedules.
  • Prioritize urgent tasks or jobs based on client needs or system alerts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding job scheduling updates and rescheduling.
  • Inform clients of estimated arrival times any delays or changes in scheduled appointments.
  • Address client queries or concerns about scheduling and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure all scheduled tasks align with asset locations and availability for efficient resource management.
  • Track job completion and update internal systems with completed job information for accurate records.
  • Allocate technicians or resources according to job requirements and availability.
  • Work closely with technical support desk to ensure technicians have the necessary tools equipment and permissions for scheduled jobs.
  • Monitor workloads to avoid overbooking or scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduled tasks including dates times technician details and job statuses.
  • Generate reports on completed jobs pending tasks and scheduling metrics for review by management.
  • Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks in scheduling and suggest process improvements.
  • Proactively address scheduling conflicts delays or changes in realtime.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise during scheduling such as unavailability of a technician.
  • Escalate critical issues to supervisors or managers when necessary to prevent service disruptions.
  • Proactively escalate any arising cases to management that needs urgent address and ensure they are resolved.



Requirements

  • 1 year experience in call centre.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Holder of degree or diploma.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Eloquent and well spoken
  • Goaldriven with a positive attitude and attention to detail
  • High standards of integrity
