Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: $55000.00 $60000.00/Per Year

Type: FullTime 9:00 AM 5 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email and chat for all UPSrelated issues (tracking packages resolving issues etc.)
  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving product or service issues promptly
  • Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and feedback
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Document and update customer interactions and account information accurately

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service account management or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive and solutionoriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy and a passion for helping customers
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems
  • Helpscout and Google Office suites are a plus
