This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Remote Customer Service Representative specializing in email and chat support. In this role you will interact with customers to recommend products resolve inquiries and process orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. The role requires handling a high volume of inquiries adhering to quality assurance procedures and working collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent online customer service via email and chat ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Resolve customer inquiries recommend suitable products and process orders with attention to detail.
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency in communications to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Learn and utilize company software to access listings customer information and product data.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while handling repetitive and highvolume tasks.

- High school diploma or GED with 23 years of customer service experience in a highvolume environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong typing spelling and grammar skills.
- Proficient in computer use including navigating the internet.
- ASE certification and prior experience in parts counter service or mechanics are a plus but not required.

Shift Details:
- Work four weekdays from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (EST).
- Every Saturday shift from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST).
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills. Proficient in computer use, including navigating the internet. ASE certification and prior experience in parts counter service or mechanics are a plus but not required.

Educational Qualification: High school diploma or GED required. Additional education or certifications in customer service, automotive, or related fields are a plus.
