Customer Support Representative
This is a contracttoperm opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Johnston RI.
About this Position
Join a dynamic Contact Center team where youll create positive interactions with customers daily. As a Contact Center Specialist youll play a key role in delivering memorable service experiences and resolving customer inquiries with a customerfirst mentality.
Job Responsibilities
- Field a variety of incoming customer calls providing highquality solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships by recommending products and services.
- Manage backtoback calls with scheduled breaks throughout the day.
- Receive extensive paid training to handle inquiries of increasing complexity.
- Deliver exceptional service that customers will want to share with friends and family.
Job Skills/Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of exceptional performance in a customerfacing role.
- Proficiency with computers and strong verbal communication skills.
- Positive customerfocused mindset with excellent listening and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to navigate difficult situations multitask in a fastpaced environment and detailoriented with a sense of urgency.
Additional Information
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Various 1st and 2nd Shift Schedules including 1 weekend day. Must be able to work holidays.
- Inoffice is required on Mondays and Tuesdays.
